DAVID P. BAAKRev. David P. Baak
The Rev. David P. Baak is the Interim Senior Minister and Head of Staff at Westminster Presbyterian Church in Grand Rapids. He served as a member of the Leadership Team of the Grand Rapids Area Center for Ecumenism (GRACE) through 2007 and as its executive director from 1983-2002. He is an ordained clergy in the Reformed Church in America (Specialized Interim Minister), is a member of the Association of Presbyterian Interim Ministry Specialists and of the ecumenical Interim Ministry Network. He is married to Betty Zylstra and lives in the city of Grand Rapids.
Rev. Baak has served congregations in New York City and Flint, Michigan and has worked as an administrator in criminal justice system pre-trial alternative programs in Flint and Salt Lake City, Utah. David is a graduate of Calvin College and Calvin Theological Seminary in Grand Rapids and has received training in criminal justice administration at the University of Detroit and in ecumenical studies through Western Theological Seminary in Holland, Michigan.

Rev. Anne Weirich
Anne returned to Westminster Presbyterian Church in September 2006 after ten years away from Grand Rapids, her adopted home town and church. Anne brings a combination of experiences, blending her prior career in business in Chicago and Los Angeles with her service in various global, local and interfaith ministries.
From 1993 - 1995, Anne served as Director of the Westminster Food Pantry before she left to attend Princeton Seminary where she received her Master of Divinity degree and was awarded the John Alan Swink Prize in preaching. 1998 – 2001 Anne served as Associate Pastor at First Congregational Church (UCC) in Harwich, MA on Cape Cod where she focused on pastoral care, youth ministry and education. 2001-2006 she served Claremont Presbyterian Church in S. California where she concentrated on evangelism, education for all ages and pastoral care. Local and global mission, outreach and interfaith relationships have always been a part of Anne’s ministry since her time here at the Food Pantry.

NANCY CLODFELDERRev. Nancy Clodfelder
Nancy has held the position of Minister for Congregational Care since September 2007. Her key responsibilities include visitation, assisting in worship, and officiating funerals and weddings. Prior to joining Westminster's staff, Nancy was the Associate Pastor of John Knox Presbyterian Church in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Nancy holds a BS from Western Michigan University, and a MRE and MDiv. from Western Theological Seminary in Holland, Michigan and is a member of the Presbytery of Lake Michigan.
Nancy has 5 grown children with her husband, Paul, and her interests include travel, reading, fishing.

Nate Roosien has been a member of Westminster since 2002 after he married his wife Christy, who has been a member since she was tiny. Nate and Christy had been volunteers in the Youth Ministry at Westminster for over 7 years before Nate took the full-time position in 2007. Christy is also involved as the Middle School Youth Group Director. Nate and Christy have a son, Dillan and two yellow labradors, Boaz and Moses. When Nate is not at Youth Group, he enjoys running, hiking, snowboarding and playing with Dillan. Before becoming the Minister for Youth and Young Adults, Nate was a homebuilder with his father for 6 years.

SHERRILL L. VORE
Sherrill L. Vore
Sherrill received her BA from the University of Michigan in English and Speech/Theater with Secondary Teaching Certification, and her M. Ed. from Slippery Rock University (Reading - Certification K-12). She taught for eight years in the public schools in Michigan and Pennsylvania. She began her work in Christian Education in 1981 and served in both volunteer and paid positions in various facets of this ministry. Sherrill served as Director of the Resource Center for the Michigan Conference of the United Church of Christ (1985-86) and resource consultant/ bookstore secretary at Bishop Baraga Bookstore for the Diocese of Grand Rapids (1990-93). Sherrill came to her full-time position at Westminster in August of 1993. She is responsible for helping to envision, resource, oversee, and coordinate educational programs for infants through adults.

HELEN HOFMEISTER HAWLEYHelen Hofmeister Hawley
Helen Hofmeister Hawley currently serves as Minister of Music at Westminster Presbyterian Church, Grand Rapids, Michigan. She holds both her Bachelor and Master of Music degrees in organ performance from the University of Kansas. While a student, she was inducted into the honorary fraternities, Pi Kappa Lambda, and Phi Kappa Phi, She is a recipient of a Deutscher Akademischer Austauschdienst scholarship, and spent four months at a Goethe-Institut in Blaubeuren, Germany, and nine months at the Music Conservatory in Cologne, where she was a organ student of Michael Schneider. She has been employed in church music since 1980 including positions in Germany, Washington, Kansas, and Missouri. Her church choirs have performed at various churches in Topeka and Lawrence, Kansas, and Kansas City, Missouri. Her choirs have also been featured in a Toy for Tots Telethon, and have been guests for Native American and African American congregations.
Besides a career as a church musician, Ms. Hawley has served as Adjunct Professor of Piano and Organ at Ottawa University and Bethel College, both in Kansas. She has also held the position of Accompanist/Choral Assistant in the Eudora Middle School and High School in Eudora, KS.
Ms. Hawley is also a nationally known carillonneur, and has performed carillon recitals in Connecticut, Florida, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Missouri, New York, Pennsylvania, Washington; and in Europe, Belgium, and the Netherlands.
